【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoalltypesofsurface-mountfluiddistributioncomponentswithelastomericsealingdevicesusedwithinprocessanalyserandsample-handlingsystems.Thisincludescomponentssuchasvalves,filters,regulators,transducers,andcontrollers.Thescopeofthisstandardislimitedasfollows.a)Thisstandardaddressesonlysurface-mountfluiddistributioncomponentsandpropersealingmethods.Thisstandardislimitedtosealingmethodsusingelastomericmaterialfortheseals.b)Thedesignsoftheactualsystemcomponentsandtheflowsubstratearenotspecifiedinthisstandard.Anyindicationofmountingdirectionorotherindexingislefttothemanufacturerasrequiredforitsequipment.c)Usersshallbeawarethat,onthebasisofthestreamconditionsoftheirprocesses,othertechnologiesandcomponentsmaybereadilyavailable.d)Thisstandarddoesnotaddresstheeffectsofvariousstreamconditionsonthetechnicalfunctionalityofthecomponent.e)Thisstandarddoesnotaddressmaintenanceconcernsforthecomponents.f)Thisstandarddoesnotrefertodesignissuespertainingtospecificsafetyrequirements.Theseissuesshouldbereferencedtootherstandards,organizations,andrecommendedguidelines.g)International,national,andlocalcodes,regulations,andlawsshouldbeconsultedtoensurethateachcomponentmeetstheuser'sregulatoryrequirements.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishpropertiesandphysicaldimensionsthatdefinetheinterfaceforsurface-mountfluiddistributioncomponentswithelastomericsealingdevicesusedwithinprocessanalyserandsample-handlingsystems.Theinterfacecontrolsthedimensionsandlocationofthesealingsurfacestoallowchangeofjustoneelementofthesystemwithoutmodificationoftheentiresystem.Thisiswhatmakesthesystemmodularfrombothadesignandamaintenancestandpoint.
