【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofequipmentfordusthandlingassociatedwithcoalfiredsteamgeneratingplantforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecoversthedevicesforpneumatic,mechanicalandhydraulicconveyingofdifferentdesign.Pneumaticconveyingsystemsusecompressedairorinertgasindifferentways.Airactivatedgravityflowisusedintheairslide.Otherpneumaticsystemsusegasasconveyingmediumforthedustinpipelines;thosearedifferentiatedbythevelocityofconveyance.Dilutephaseconveyingsystemsalsoknownashigh-velocityconveyingsystemsinclude:-ejectors;-dustpumps;-elevators(airlift).Densephaseconveyingsystems,usingpressurevesselconveyorsastransmittersinclude:-plugconveyors(batchconveyors);-turbulentflowconveyors.Mechanicalconveyorssystemsfordusthandlinginclude:-beltconveyors(moisteneddust);-draglinkconveyors;-bucketelevators;-silovehicles.Hydraulicconveyingsystemsusepressurizedwaterasconveyingmediuminpipelines;Theseinclude::-slurrypumps;-ejectors.Amultitudeofaccessoriescanbenecessarytoformacompletedustremovalplant.Ifflyashistobeutilizeditmostlyistobekeptindrycondition.Inconsequencethedusthandlingsystemsforthispurposearelimitedtopneumaticandmechanicaldevicesoracombinationofboth.Hydraulicconveyanceofflyashispreferablyemployedincombinationwithhydraulicashhandlingifallcombustionresiduesaretobedumpedaswaste.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystemssuchastheboilerandgastreatmentplant;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
