【摘要】:ThispartofISO12176specifiestheperformancerequirementsforequipmentforbuttfusionjointingofpolyethylene(PE)pipingsystems,usingelectricheaters.Itisapplicabletomechanicalandpressure-activatedequipmentforbuttfusionjointingPEpipesandfittingsconformingtoISO4437andISO8085-2.Thenormalambient-temperaturerangeinwhichthebuttfusionmachineisintendedtooperateis-10℃to+40℃.Useoutsidethistemperaturerangewillneedtobeagreedbetweentheuserandthesupplierofthemachine.ButtfusionmachineswithanautomaticcontrolleraresubjecttoadditionalrequirementsasgiveninannexA.
