【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofaflatoxincontentsofgreaterthan8μg/kg.ThemethodhasbeensuccessfullyvalidatedinaninterlaboratorystudyaccordingtoISO5725:1986onmaizecontaining24,5μg/kg,peanutbuttercontaining8,4μg/kgandrawpeanutscontaining16μg/kgoftotalaflatoxins.Somelaboratoryexperienceshaveshownthatthismethodcanbeusedwithseveraltypesofcereals,oilseedproducts,shell-fruits,driedfruitsandderivedproducts,afterin-housevalidation.
