【摘要】:Accuratedeterminationofthicknessisimportantforidentificationpurposes.Thicknessisrelatedtoweightandmustbeknowninordertocalculateapparentdensityandthedielectricstrength.Thicknessvariationaffectsthequalityofrollwindingandisusefulinjudgingtheuniformityofmicapaperparticularlywithrespecttodielectricbreakdownvoltage,impregnationtime,andthicknessoftheendproduct.1.1Thesemethodscoverproceduresforsamplingandtestinguntreatedmicapapertobeusedasanelectricalinsulatororasaconstituentofacompositematerialusedforelectricalinsulatingpurposes.1.2Theproceduresappearinthefollowingorder:1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityofwhoeverusesthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
