【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiestheinstallationrequirementsfordirectandindirectgas-firedforcedconvectionairheatersforspaceheatingthataredesignedforcommercialorindustrialapplicationsandtowhichtheGasAppliances(Safety)Regulations1995[1]apply.ThisstandardappliestotheinstallationofappliancesthataredesignedtoutilizegasesofGroupHofthesecondfamily(e.g.naturalgas),gasesofgroupPofthethirdfamily(e.g.propane)aswellasgasesofgroupBofthethirdfamily(e.g.butane)whensuppliedundertheconditionsofthethirdfamilypressurecouple(seeBSEN437:2003).NOTE1ThisstandarddoesnotspecificallycoverLPG/airforwhichadditionalrequirementsmightbenecessary.Thisstandardappliestotheinstallationofdirectgas-firedairheaterswithinthescopeofBSEN525:1998andtoindirectgas-firedforcedconvectionairheaterswithinthescopeofBSEN621:1998,BSEN1020:1998and,whereappropriate,BSEN1196:1998.Thesestandardscoverairheatershavinganetheatinputnotexceeding300kW.Thisstandardalsoappliestotheinstallationofdirectgas-firedairheaterswithinthescopeofBS5990:1990andtoindirectgas-firedforcedconvectionairheaterswithinthescopeofBS5991:1989.Thesestandardscoverairheatershavingagrossheatinputgreaterthan330kWbutnotexceeding2MW(1.8MWnet).NOTE2Forthepurposesofthisstandard,installationincludesdesign,inspectionandcommissioning.Itisrecognizedthateachofthetaskscanbeperformedatthesametimebydifferentpersons.NOTE3Theratioofgrosstonetheatinputisapproximately1.11:1forGroupH(naturalgas),1.09:1forgroupP(propane)and1.08:1forgroupB(butane).NOTE4Theventilationratesincm2/kWofheatinputgiveninthisstandardarebasedonthenetcalorificvalue.Thisstandardalsoappliestoairheatersdesignedtosupplymake-upair,doorcurtainheatersandtransportableairheaters.Italsocoversinstallationofheatersinareaswherepetroleumorotherflammableheavier-than-airvapourscanbepresent(see5.1.2).Itdoesnotincludethesafetyrequirementsforinstallationwhereflammabledusts,toxicgasesorflammablelighter-than-airgasesmightbepresentinsignificantquantities.NOTE5InsuchcasesitisessentialthatliaisontakesplacewiththeHealthandSafetyExecutive.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytotheinstallationofairheaterstowhichtheGasAppliances(Safety)Regulations1995[1]donotapply,orthataredesignedforuseindomesticpremises.
