【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesamplingofPCDDs/PCDFs.Itisanintegralpartofthecompletemeasurementprocedure.TheuseoftheothertwopartsEN1948-2andEN1948-3describingextractionandclean-upandidentificationandquantification,respectively,isnecessaryforthedeterminationofthePCDDs/PCDFs.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeendevelopedtomeasurePCDD/PCDFconcentrationsatabout0,1ngI-TEQ/m3instationarysourceemissions.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesbothmethodvalidationandaframeworkofqualitycontrolrequirementswhichshallbefulfilledbyanyPCDD/PCDFsampling.Theuserhasthepossibilitytochoosebetweenthreedifferentmethods:-"filter/condensermethod"-"dilutionmethod"-"cooledprobemethod"EachsamplingmethodisillustratedbysomesamplingsystemsdescribedindetailinAnnexBasexamplesofprovenprocedures.Duringcomparisonmeasurementsofthethreesamplingmethodsonmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/m3thesemethodshavebeendeemedcomparablewithintheexpectedrangeofuncertainty.Validationtrialswereperformedonthefluegasofmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/m3andadustloadingoffrom1mg/m3to15mg/m3.AlthoughthisEuropeanStandardisprimarilydevelopedandvalidatedforgaseousstreamsemittedbywasteincinerators,thepracticalexperienceshowsthatitcanbeappliedforwideconcentrationrangesandvariousemissionsources.TheproceduredescribedinthethreepartsofEN1948specifiesrequirementswhichshallbemetinordertomeasurethe17congenersnecessarytocalculatethetotalI-TEQ(seeTableA.1).BesidesthedeterminationofPCDDs/PCDFsthedescribedmeasurementmethodsaresuitablefordeterminationofotherlow-volatilesubstances,e.g.ofdioxin-likePCBs(detailsforsamplingandanalysesseeCEN/TS1948-4),althoughnovalidatedperformancecharacteristicsareavailableyet.
